The issue with network connectivity looks to have been resolved. After investigation, we have identified the issue to be with the network provider.

Per an update from the upstream network provider, there was a process issue with a route associated to a core router on their network. Upon the process being restarted, service was restored.

Engineers have identified an issue with a node in our Miami facility causing performance issues on some VMs. To resolve, we are going ahead with an emergency unscheduled reboot of the backend node your server is running on.

All servers on the host node will be rebooted and brought back online right away. We estimate your server to be unavailable for no longer than 30 minutes.
