Toronto, CA [SUPREME SERVERS] Toronto Facility Outage

Hello,

Our monitoring system has alerted us to what looks to be a short network loss in the Toronto facility. We are standing by for more information from the NOC engineers. Everything is functioning as normal at this time.

UPDATE - 05:28PM EST The NOC has determined that there was a line card failure in a router outside of our network. A temporary measure was put in place and the card will be replaced in the next two weeks.

March 21 2017 05:51AM EST As per the scheduled maintenance, we ran into issues with one of the nodes in our UK facility. Our engineers are investigating the cause. As we make any progress, we will keep you updated.

March 21 2017 08:44AM EST Restorations have begun on some servers as we are still having issues with the backend node.

March 21 2017 01:39PM EST We are provisioning a new node and will be restoring from backups. The filesystem seems to have been corrupted to an unrepairable state. We have moved onto provisioning a new node. We anticipate this to greatly speed up the restoration speeds.

March 21 2017 03:22PM EST The node has been provisioned and restorations are in progress. We will keep you updated as the restorations make progress.

March 21 2017 11:14PM EST Server restores have been completed. Thank you for all the patience you've endure throughout the issue.
