Our monitoring system has alerted us to what looks to be a short network loss in the Toronto facility. We are standing by for more information from the NOC engineers. Everything is functioning as normal at this time.
UPDATE - 05:28PM EST
The NOC has determined that there was a line card failure in a router outside of our network. A temporary measure was put in place and the card will be replaced in the next two weeks.
