Network engineers are performing required maintenance on the core network equipment in our San Francisco site. We expect a short loss of connectivity and/or packet loss.

This maintenance period is required for network upgrades on Supreme Servers infrastructure.

Our monitoring system has alerted us to an issue with some servers in our Miami site. Engineers have identified a power issue causing issues to some servers.

The data center facility (not Supreme Servers) experienced a failure of a UPS causing a loss of power to some devices. The facility dispatched electricians to resolve and bring the circuit back online.

At this time, all power has been restored. Supreme Servers engineers are closely monitoring the situation and will update if anything changes.
