Our monitoring system has alerted us to an issue with the network connectivity in our Dallas facility.
The outage looks to be an issue with multiple upstream providers that are outside of Supreme Servers infrastructure.

Connectivity has been restored. We are standing by for a Root Cause Analysis from the upstream provider.

The upstream provider has provided information that there was a communication issue between two core routers. To resolve, the provider reset the affected routers and connectivity was re-established.
Supreme Servers network was not affected by the initial communication issue seen by the provider. The brief connectivity issue experienced was caused by the reset of the router itself.
