Our engineers have identified a physical (hardware issue) with the backend node requiring a rebuild of the server. Our engineers are beginning the restore from backups we have on site that is included in your monthly plan pricing.

We greatly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused thus far. We will keep you updated as we make progress in the restore. If you are affected by this, we will apply credit to your account as per our SLA.

We are nearly 50% complete with the server restoration on the affected node. The remaining server will be online shortly.
