Our monitoring systems had alerted us to an issue with a node in our Miami facility at about 02:19 AM EST. Upon further investigation, it looks to be a possible temporary hardware fault.
To resolve, we have rebooted the backend node in turn rebooting all VPS's that run on the node.
Our engineers are keeping a close eye on the node to ensure the issue is resolved.
