In light of recent monitoring, our NOC has identified severe capacity issues and sub-optimal routing paths. This is caused from misconfiguration of the edge devices.
To resolve this, the NOC will be moving each edge pair into their own OSPF area. Customers may see traffic flap until the adjacent routes are rebuilt, which should take less than 2 minutes.
Customers who have the VPS mirroring add-on will not be affected.
