Our NOC technicians are needing to perform an emergency router and switch reboot to resolve a bug in the software.

Your connectivity should be restored shortly after the reboot. We will have engineers on stand by in case of any issues.

Our monitoring system has alerted us to an issue with a node in our Miami facility. Our engineers have found the cause and your server should be online within the next couple minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Update 3:43PM EST The issue has been resolved after a configuration change as well as a reboot of the backend node for the changes to take affect.
