Our monitoring system has alerted us to an issue with a node in our Miami facility. Our engineers have found the cause and your server should be online within the next couple minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Update 3:43PM EST The issue has been resolved after a configuration change as well as a reboot of the backend node for the changes to take affect.

Toronto, CA [SUPREME SERVERS] Toronto Facility Network Issues

Our monitoring system has alerted us to an issue with our Toronto facility. Please stand by for further updates as our engineers investigate.

[04:44 AM EST] Update We have received confirmation that the network trouble experienced in Toronto are in relation to the scheduled maintenance that is taking place up until 06:00AM EST. Please stand by until then.

As per the brief loss experienced on March 24th, we have a scheduled maintenance period which upgrades and fixes will be implemented.

The upgrade will include replacing legacy equipment and upgrading the edge routers providing more bandwidth and more redundancy.

[05:24 AM EST] Update The upgrade scheduled for today has completed and all systems are back online. Please note more maintenance is scheduled for tomorrow morning as well.
