As per our last update of the network issue at our Miami facility, the issue has since been fixed and all systems are now fully operational. We don't anticipate any further interruptions.

We have found that a backend node in our Dallas facility has crashed. Your servers required a reboot to resolve the issue.

Our senior techs are further investigating the issue so it will not occur again.
