Scheduled Reboot Time: 10/10/2016 03:00AM EST

After further investigation of our Dallas node which was having issues, we have determined that a kernel upgrade will help with the kernel panic that the node was experiencing.

As this needs to be applied as soon as possible, we will proceed with rebooting the node Monday, October 10th, 2016 at 03:00 AM EST.

We appreciate your patience with this issue and apologize for any interruption.

Customers who have the VPS mirroring add-on will not be affected.

We have identified a kernel panic for one of our Dallas nodes. The node has been rebooted and the servers are now back online. We are investigating a final resolution and will update you accordingly.
